當你想到「大使命」的時候，在你心中第一個浮現是一個模糊的概念，還是一場實際的行動？跨文化宣教聽起來離我們很遠，但是，它其實就是一個簡單的回應。你我都可以參與在大使命當中！

What if the Great Commission was no longer a vague idea but a tangible practice? What if anyone could be involved in cross-cultural missions? 

大部分的基督徒都聽過關於耶穌的大使命，要我們「往普天下去（太28）」。身為耶穌的門徒，我們都知道宣教的重要性，也渴望順服祂的命令。但是，對於如何實際的參與大使命卻不知從何下手。許多教會領袖盼望帶領會眾們投入宣教的行列，卻不知怎麼開始。根據統計，全臺灣的平均宣教士差派年齡高達40歲。現在，我們不能再容許對未知的恐懼及猶疑，延遲我們加入宣教的腳步。

Most Christians have heard of the command from Jesus to “Go and make disciples of all nations!” (Matthew 28). As followers of Jesus, we know the importance of missions, and we certainly desire to obey his commands. However, most of the time, we just don’t know how. Many church leaders desire to engage their congregations in missions but simply do not know where to start. We have allowed hesitation and fear of the unknown to get the best of us. As a result, the average age of missionaries sent out from Taiwan is 40 years old.

青年使命團希望能夠幫助任何有意參與在宣教使命中的教會與個人。我們相信年輕人在宣教的領域中有其特別的及不可或缺的地位。這本雜誌中，我們紀錄了青年使命團如何訓練和裝備臺灣年輕人與外籍宣教士回應將福音傳遍天下的呼召。透過在臺灣各地的事奉工作與訓練課程、跨文化的團隊組成以及全球性的事工網絡連結，我們深切的期盼能夠與臺灣眾教會配搭，一同為主完成福音的大使命。

Youth With A Mission aims to serve individuals and churches that want to be involved in missions and believes that young people have an important role to play in reaching the nations. On this website, you can read about how YWAM Taiwan is training and equipping young Taiwanese and foreign missionaries as they commit their lives to missions. Through our established ministries and training programs in Taiwan, dynamic cross-cultural team settings, and our global network, we desire to partner with the Taiwanese church to fulfill the Great Commission together.
