青年使命團的差派策略 YWAM Taiwan’s Sending Strategy
臺灣青年使命團看見了這些優勢，渴望與臺灣人並肩前行並支持他們進入宣教的使命，以下為臺灣青年使命團預備並差派臺灣人進入跨文化宣教的基本策略：
YWAM Taiwan recognizes these strengths and wants to come alongside the Taiwanese and empower them to step into this destiny. These are the general practices of YWAM Taiwan to prepare the Taiwanese to go into cross-cultural missions:
聖經與宣教的結合：臺灣青年使命團相信宣教使命必須扎根於聖經的真理上，所有事奉的根基來自個人於與神的關係。每一位青年使命團宣教士都必須經過門徒訓練課程(DTS)、聖經研讀課程(SBS)、以及拓荒宣教課程(SOFM)等訓練，以完備聖經真理與跨文化宣教的裝備
The marriage of the Bible and missions: YWAM Taiwan believes that missions must be founded on the authority of the Bible and that all ministry must be an overflow of personal relationship with Jesus. All cross-cultural missionaries go through Discipleship Training School (DTS), School of Biblical Studies (SBS), and School of Frontier Missions (SOFM), which ultimately equips them with both a strong Biblical foundation and training in missions.
單元性的訓練 - 逐步探索個人呼召：認識且確定個人的呼召需要時間。在探索呼召的過程中，仍可透過逐個獨立的課程探索同時接受裝備。隨著宣教經驗的累積，個人能更清楚未來事奉的方向。臺灣青年使命團將陪伴著每一個人，直到他們完全理解並進入使命呼召中。
Modular training - discover personal calling one step at a time: YWAM Taiwan understands that callings must be developed. Participants can take courses one at a time even if they are unsure of their personal calling. As they gain more experience in missions, they gain a clearer picture. YWAM Taiwan journeys with the individual until they fully understand and are able to walk into their calling in missions.
近距離觀察宣教士的生命見證：臺灣青年使命團有半數的同工是外籍宣教士，他們將生命獻給神，並且投入了宣教事奉。在預備進入各自的禾場前，個人有機會親眼見證和學習這些宣教士們是如何克服在禾場上的困難與挑戰。
Close example of a missionary lifestyle: Approximately half of YWAM Taiwan staff are foreign missionaries, who have already given their lives to cross-cultural missions. Individuals have the opportunity to directly observe how these missionaries overcome challenges on the mission field as they themselves prepare to go into their own.
在臺灣就擁有跨文化環境的實際體驗：因半數同工為外籍宣教士，跨文化情境即是在臺灣青年使命團中的生活日常；在進入宣教工場之前，個人有機會在跨文化環境中學習，為將來進入宣教工場做更好的預備。
Experiencing a cross-cultural environment here in Taiwan: Because nearly half of the staff in YWAM Taiwan are foreigners, participants are able to experience living and learning in cross-cultural settings daily. Instead of having to face it first on the field, they are able to practice cross-cultural living in a safe context within the base, which helps prepare them for the future.
