What is Immersion About?
Who is it for?
Do you desire to go on outreach cross-culturally but don’t know how? Do you hope to serve other people groups and share the gospel with them? Are you willing to give a few weeks of the year for missions? If that’s you, IMMERSION is for you. YWAM Taiwan would like to invite you to go on a cross-cultural outreach with us. You can join an existing outreach or invite us to facilitate an outreach for you and your church. The age of the group can be teenager, college students, adults, or mixed.
Purpose
Go and make disciple of all nations! Immersion is a program that help prepares churches for cross-cultural outreaches in Taiwan and the nations. Preparation includes training on the topics of God’s nature and character, biblical worldview, evangelism, missions, and cultural training specific to outreach locations. This training can be done in two ways - through a one-week camp or five two-hour sessions. The outreach will immediately follow the training, which can be done in Taiwan or overseas. The goal is for you to go on a cross-cultural outreach.
